Why Your Account Is Temporarily Blocked
Cheelee already has over 15 million users, and this number grows every day. We value each of you greatly and strive to make the platform not only convenient but also as safe as possible.
From time to time, we may temporarily restrict access to accounts that show unusual activity. Don’t worry — this is extremely rare, happening in less than 1% of cases. Here are the main reasons an account might be blocked:
Reasons for Blocking
-
Unusual activity — Performing too many actions in a short period, using the platform in an unusual way, or attempting to bypass restrictions. For example, your account may be blocked if you frequently change profile information or account settings. This is designed to protect you from automated scripts that artificially inflate activity.
-
Suspicion of fraud — Providing false information, using automation to browse feeds, creating fake profiles, or attempting to profit dishonestly. These checks ensure that everyone has a fair chance to earn rewards without competing against bots.
-
Multiple accounts — Using several accounts on the same device or showing links to other users who have already violated the rules. This helps us protect users from bot farms.
-
Coordinated activity — Your account may be blocked if it participates with others in actions aimed at bypassing the system or inflating bonuses. This is not about friendship or referrals — it concerns situations where multiple accounts deliberately collaborate to cheat. Blocking such accounts helps maintain fairness and stability within Cheelee’s ecosystem.
-
Abuse of bonuses and refunds — Your account may be restricted if it is used to create fake referrals or perform fictitious refunds. Accounts can also be frozen if someone tries to cheat the system to receive bonuses or benefits unfairly. This rule protects honest users: if someone "breaks the system", rewards could lose value, benefiting only dishonest actors.
How We Review Accounts
We understand that your account and rewards are important to you, so we ensure every review is as accurate as possible. The first stage is handled by artificial intelligence, which flags suspicious activity and helps us identify potential issues.
However, the final decision is always made by humans. Each case is carefully reviewed by our team, ensuring that decisions are confirmed and errors are minimized to avoid blocking legitimate users.
